Crock Pot Chicken Curry

Ingredients: 
4 -5 chicken breast cut into bite size chunks  
1can cream of chicken soup  
2/3 cup Mayo 
2/3 cup sour cream
3/4 teaspoon curry powder

1 bag frozen broccoli
White or Brown Rice

Directions:

Add all ingredients to crock pot - cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 2-3 hours. 
Serve over rice cooked according to package.

This is a $8 meal - you can use sour cream left over from this weeks taco casserole.  I keep mayo and curry on hand as this is my husbands favorite meal!
